To the east are the small vineyards of Willhayne and Highcroft also producing very good wines. Near Exeter is Manstree Vineyard where you can pick up a bottle of great wine and in season pick your own soft fruit.
The cellar for Pebblebed Vineyards is in nautical Topsham–a great place to pick up a sophisticated rosé! Just south of Exeter near Powderham Castle, is Kenton Vineyard which is quickly gaining a reputation for excellence across its range of wines. Further south along the coast road is Old Walls Vineyard where good food & great wines can be sampled. In foodie South Devon you'll find the legendary Sharpham Vineyard nestled on a bend in the River Dart which is famous for its wine and cheese.
